REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Wildest Sparrow follows the
Australian Consumer Laws return policy. 


Please contact orders@wildestsparrow.com for any queries or issues regarding your order. 
RETURNS​

  • We offer exchanges and credit notes on all full price items

  • Full price items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags/buttons attached

  • All full price items can be returned within 14 days from the original date of purchase

  • For hygiene reasons we do not offer returns on earrings, underwear, swimwear, hair accessories or hats

  • The customer covers the cost of returning items to Wildest Sparrow

  • Any items that are processed for your exchange will be returned to you with FREE shipping

  • Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed

  • Any items received by Wildest Sparrow that do not comply with our returns policy will be returned back to you

  • Wildest Sparrow work in line with the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund, replace or repair faulty items

  • If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email orders@wildestsparrow.com immediately with your order details and a photo of the fault and/or tag of the incorrect item so that we can rectify the problem as soon as possible
